HicceArs will update your deposit status automatically once we get confirmation from one of our payment providers of your purchase completed successfully. We also run periodic checks to make sure any deposit with a "being processed" status is completed as soon as possible.


Shall an error occur between our platform and our payment providers, we will do our best effort to get your funds deposited in no longer than 10 hours. If your Bithril did not come into your wallet, please don't hesitate to contact us, so we can investigate what happened and add your funds as soon as possible, even through a manual process if needed.
